From the 4 August, applicants will submit their endorsement application and associated documents directly to the Home Office, these will then be forwarded by the Home Office to Tech Nation.<\/span><\/p>\n                              \t<\/div> \n                       \t\t<\/div>\n                      \t<\/div>\n                  \t                        <div class=\"accordion-item\" >                                     \n                        \t<div class=\"padding-y-base padding-right-xxxxl accordion-title\">\n                        \t\t<h6 class=\"margin-bottom-none\">When exactly will this change occur?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>                  \n                        \t<div class=\"accordion-content-row\">\n                              \t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                              \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no exact time available, however you should not attempt to use Tech Nation&#8217;s application form and portal after 3 August (British Summer Time &#8211; BST). Any attempt to use Tech Nation\u2019s application form after 3 August will result in your application being rejected. You must use the Home Office Stage 1 Endorsement Application form after 3 August.<\/span><\/p>\n                              \t<\/div> \n                       \t\t<\/div>\n                      \t<\/div>\n                  \t                        <div class=\"accordion-item\" >                                     \n                        \t<div class=\"padding-y-base padding-right-xxxxl accordion-title\">\n                        \t\t<h6 class=\"margin-bottom-none\">Why is this change happening?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>                  \n                        \t<div class=\"accordion-content-row\">\n                              \t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                              \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tech Nation has operated its own application form since 2014, whilst other endorsing bodies for the Global Talent Visa have utilised the Home Office form. This change brings Tech Nation into alignment with the other endorsing bodies for the Global Talent Visa.<\/span><\/p>\n                              \t<\/div> \n                       \t\t<\/div>\n                      \t<\/div>\n                  \t                        <div class=\"accordion-item\" >                                     \n                        \t<div class=\"padding-y-base padding-right-xxxxl accordion-title\">\n                        \t\t<h6 class=\"margin-bottom-none\">Does this affect Tech Nation as the endorsing body?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>                  \n                        \t<div class=\"accordion-content-row\">\n                              \t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                              \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tech Nation\u2019s status as the endorsing body for digital technology application remains unchanged and Tech Nation will continue to process applications as normal both before and after the change in application forms.<\/span><\/p>\n                              \t<\/div> \n                       \t\t<\/div>\n                      \t<\/div>\n                  \t                        <div class=\"accordion-item\" >                                     \n                        \t<div class=\"padding-y-base padding-right-xxxxl accordion-title\">\n                        \t\t<h6 class=\"margin-bottom-none\">Are any of the evidence requirements or eligibility criteria changing?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>                  \n                        \t<div class=\"accordion-content-row\">\n                              \t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                              \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The criteria for endorsement will remain the same, though the Home Office reserves the right, in conjunction with Tech Nation, to change the qualifying criteria in future.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n                              \t<\/div> \n                       \t\t<\/div>\n                      \t<\/div>\n                  \t                        <div class=\"accordion-item\" >                                     \n                        \t<div class=\"padding-y-base padding-right-xxxxl accordion-title\">\n                        \t\t<h6 class=\"margin-bottom-none\">If I submit my Tech Nation application form on Tech Nation\u2019s platform before 4 August, will it still be considered by Tech Nation after this date for my endorsement application?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>                  \n                        \t<div class=\"accordion-content-row\">\n                              \t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                              \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, if you submit your completed Home Office Stage 1 and Tech Nation application forms before 4th August, Tech Nation will still process your Tech Nation application form as normal. However you will not be able to access your application due to the portal being closed.<\/span><\/p>\n                              \t<\/div> \n                       \t\t<\/div>\n                      \t<\/div>\n                  \t                        <div class=\"accordion-item\" >                                     \n                        \t<div class=\"padding-y-base padding-right-xxxxl accordion-title\">\n                        \t\t<h6 class=\"margin-bottom-none\">What happens if I am in the middle of my application and fail to submit my Tech Nation application form before 4 August?<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>                  \n                        \t<div class=\"accordion-content-row\">\n                              \t<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                              \t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your Tech Nation application will be inaccessible and you will be directed to complete the newly expanded Home Office form. Replacement of the Fast Track is under consideration.
